Background: Ilde was found nearly frozen to death in a small valley in the Ice kingdom. Due to her long exposure to the freezing cold, she had to get her fingers on her right hand amputated due to frostbite. She was unable to move her left arm's fingers after suffering from an industrial accident several years later. When she was 5, she discovered that she was slowly rotting away due to an unknown illness with no found cure. A local healer gave her a life stone that would extend her lifetime, but would cause her to die if she ever took it off. If she left the Ice kingdom, the absence of the cold would cause her to start rotting away again and eventually die.
