The reason why it looks so weird is because I can't use layers in Photoshop cs2, idk why, it's just.....broken.
Veeeeery old program that I'm using. I can only make rectangular selections to the animation is very awkward and the hair just looks like it's wiggling.
I'm just making excuses here.
